As changing colors of fall and the falling leaves shape the landscape around us we all inevitable start thinking about the chilly winter ahead and even the many delights of Holiday Season.
At the heart of this Chilean home designed for a family of five is a large double-height living area with small loft space above. Essentially a single level structure the height of the home allows for the addition of a smaller loft level without having to commit to building an entire second level.
Apart from the lovely views that it offers the mezzanine level of the house is a space-saver with a comfortable master suite on one end and a spacious home office on the other. With the series of sliding glass doors windows and glazed walls welcoming in ample natural light there is never a dull corner here!
With the living area also embracing the new kitchen dining space and the home office next to it each room flows into the next and eventually merge with the sweeping wooden deck and porch outside.
