HOTEL RESERVATIONS
Make hotel reservations by calling the hotel directly. We did not reserve a room
block. To obtain the best rate ask for the government, AARP(senior), or AAA
rate, if eligible, or for the best available rate. Call early — you can always
cancel. If you need more information about the hotel or need information about

REGISTRATION
Please complete the registration form, or a photocopy, and mail with check or
agency purchase order or voucher, to Behavior Intervention Specialists, 1739
University Ave, Oxford, MS 38655. Our FEIN is 63-0935244. You may fax regis-
tration and purchase order to 662-234-0553. We do not accept credit cards.
Early registration: $290 per person; three, $265 each, if postmarked no
later than October 30 with check or purchase order enclosed.
Late registration: $320 per person; three, $285 each. Please call ahead to
confirm that workshop space is available and that the schedule has not changed.
Cancellation policy: Full refund if you notify BIS at least seven days before
workshop date; 50% refund if notified at least 48 hours before workshop; no
refund thereafter. This applies to check prepayments and purchase order or other
registrations/reservations.
Additional Information
Please call Dr. Walt Antonow at 662-234-1640 for any additional information regarding
the workshop, or if registering late. Wear or bring something warm since hotels keep
the airconditioning on even when it is cool outside.
